Digg: Apple designs look like reworkings of 1960s Braun designs

"Nice story showing how parallel evolution (or design borrowing!) ends up
with current and perhaps future Apple products, with ideas inspired by old

"I guess it's one of the curses of what you do," says Jonathan Ive, Apple's

ing at something and thinking 'Why why why is it like that? Why is it like

dezeen - Design education is "tragic" says Jonathan Ive

"Speaking at London's Design Museum last night, Ive attacked design schools
for failing to teach students how to make physical products and relying too

"So many of the designers that we interview don't know how to make stuff,
because workshops in design schools are expensive and computers are
cheaper," said Ive."
