My new iPhone application: GlideShow

SlideShow with images from the Facebook account and your friends' accounts, Flickr Interestingness and Flickr authors, Photos folder in a personal Dropbox account, plus images returned from Bing Image Search and Google Image Search services.

Version 1.2.0 is out.

SkyDrive support is new in this version; Both Dropbox and SkyDrive have file
browsers now and Facebook album browser has been added.

What's New in Version 1.2.1

Dropbox and SkyDrive login and folder browsing are more reliable in the new
version. Overall download speed is improved up to three times. Search has
been added in collections so finding images and playing slideshows is much
easier in the latest version.

New Facebook page is created for the application: GlideShow on Facebook.

New version: 1.3.0

GlideShow 1.3.0 can now post images or comments to Facebook. Search
options are enhanced and application creates several automatic collections
with search results or collections with today's or yesterday's images.

Bing is removed as it is not Free any more. At the moment, work is being
put into making Reddit and Instagram as image sources. So, next update
will probably come in the first weeks of October.

The "Animated" mode moves from one part of the image to the other.
The "Simple" mode shows images in their natural orientation. Tall images
in portrait and wide images in landscape.

As they play in SlideShow, skip to the next by tapping the lower right
corner or by very short and quick swipes. Prev/Next work on single tap
in the corners. Delete needs a double tap.

Later in collections, you can mail images, post them on Facebook, delete
or rename images or complete collections and seek additional information
on Wikipedia, IMSB, TinEye, Answers or optionally on IAFD.

To see NSWF images (and additionally images marked with GORE), you
need to allow them in Settings.

Here are a few IMGUR albums with activities inside GlideShow:

1. Play Slide show with images from /r/Celebs, browse the collection,
search info on Christine Lakin on Wikipedia, then collect other images from
the the redittor who posted Kristen Stewart image, view that album, and
then look up Dianna Agron on IMDB.

2. Playing Slide show with images from /r/rabbits and then browsing the
collection.

3. Searching reddit for Sarah Shahi images and then finding out about
all the subreddits where we found our images and jumping to Wikipedia.

New version 1.4 is out.

Reddit is now one of the places where application can find interesting, nice,
cute or beautiful images. Great for discovering such images and great for
discovering new subreddits, too.
