How to search for links and code and tutorials?

One can start with Google or Yahoo! or one can stay more focused
with dev places like programming forums or blogs. Good place would be
some yellow pages for development boards. This listing seems kind of
cool: Directory of Computers Forums and Message Boards.

"I've been working on a C/C++ source code search database for the past
year. It has recently surpassed 275 million lines of searchable open source
C/C++ code. The search engine is C/C++ syntax aware so you can search
for specific elements such as functions, macros, classes, comments, etc.
The site is built upon many open source products including: MySQL and
Lucene for the database, CodeWorker to parse the code, PHP and Apache

QAIX - Does it have anything to do with AIX? There are blogs and forums
and all kinds of related & unrelated stuff on QAIX. There are horoscopes
too. For Taurus on Oct 2 it says: "Your personal life will light up. This is a
successful time for you but take time to enjoy life so that you can fully
appreciate the situation. You will be able to show what you know. Think
before you take important decisions."

"Google now has a page that supports source code searching. I hope
they extend it to be more programming-language aware (e.g., search for
identifiers and functions) like the specialist code search sites (Krugle,
Koders, Codase), who probably now have very worried investors. I
don't see any option to search for Cobol. I guess there is not a lot of
Cobol source available on the Internet, even although there is supposed
to be more Cobol source in existence than any other language (perhaps
that statement is not true in the noughties)."
