iphonedevsdk.com - CLLocationManager - not updated frequently

"I am successfully using the CLLocationManager (and associated objects)
to interact with the GPS. It seems to work "ok", but the main problem I
am having is that it does not seem to be updating properly."

mf - Convert NSNumber to CLCoordinate

"I want to pull a list of coordinates from a database into an array (Before di-
splaying them on a map). however, in the database they are of type Num-

iphonedevsdk.com - Acquiring current GPS signal/accuracy?

SO - Stacking order of UIActionSheet

"Now, the problem is, that the UIAlertView that the Location Manager dis-
plays pops up behind my UIActionSheet, and thus the user can not interact
with it (thus the location updates never come in, thus the action sheet is

Jeff LaMarche - MapView Hint

"Here's a trick to help you deal with MapViews. In order to set the zoom le-
vel in a MapView, you have to specify a region for it to show. The region in-
cludes a span, which specifies in degrees latitude and longitude how much
area to show. You can get an approximate conversion of degrees longitude
and latitude to miles using the following constants and macros..."

medium - ARKit and CoreLocation: Part One

"Update: This article has been extensively revised. The sections on navigation
have been moved to the second part. Additional information and example have
been added to the first part as well. There was a lot of information that I didn't
get to so I will also add a third part to this post series. Also, I am currently
