JoS: I’ve Quit My Job & I’ve Got No Plan!
"What is frustrating for impatient folks like me (and apparently you too)
is that it takes _at_least_ a month to try something out (ie release a
product/website update/etc) and get enough feedback to know what
effect it had on the bottom line. If it takes you a year to get a good
polished product (polish matters!) that only gives you a few short months
of release cycles. And even if you hit it perfectly the first time
(impossible), building sales volume also takes time (once you get
everything else right)." |

Crazy on JoS: The 6 month challenge
How to build...?
"Lets say your handed the following challenge:
To create a PayPal-esque clone that will:
- Process millions of dollars worth of transactions daily, via credit card.
- Store billions of dollars worth of important financial data (its penetration,
of which, is akin to your own suicide)." |

If you build it, they'll come: TryBeta: Can I Try It?
"TryBeta will be invite only while we gather feedback and suggestions. You
can sign up below to be notified when we launch and be one of the first to
try it out. If you are a software developer, you can sign up for our Early
Adopters program to participate in our beta testing program.
In order to create high quality, stable products, software development
companies must find reliable and dedicated testers. Finding beta testers
who continue to offer useful feedback is no easy task for software
developers. TryBeta links software developers with reliable beta testers.
Developers post their software and potential users apply to become beta
testers. Beta Testers consist of actual interested users in your software." |
