"Hi,
I am looking for some information on license keys management. The

At JoS: Serial Number Generator

"Does anyone here know of a software that you can buy that generates
thousands of keys in a specific format.  Then allows you to embed this
software somehow in your code, and can accept the key to "register".  All
this without using servers, and being offline?"

with registration option using one of the methods talked about on this
board."

Plus: Why are Americans so keen on CDs?

"I guess you could make a case about Americans being more materialist
and want physical possession and all that. But you would really be
stretching it. Smile How big is your sample anyways."

is meant to be a comprehensive answer to that question, so folks can point
to it and say 'Alright, now get out of my hair!'"

A Pirate Story, story of his game sold by Pirates.

"So here's a pirate story. Unfortunately, it's not the kind with
swashbuckling and buried treasure and men yelling "Arr, Matey!" It's the
much more boring kind about digital media. But it's a personal story from
my own life, and my career as a videogame developer."

JoS: Automatically issuing licence key

"Companies like Share*It ( http://www.shareit.com/ ) and Element5
( http://www.element5.com ) automate this process completely - you send
them a keygen or (better) batch of keys, and upon purchase they provide
the customer with a key."

JoS: ARG! My eyes! Payment processor page looks aweful

"What is that? IMO this is totally unacceptable. My product needs to have a
professional feel not some tacky paypal spamming page. Sigh.. What payment
processor do you recommend that manages to convey a professional look?"
