What's Wrong With The Da Vinci Code: http://www.stpaulsirvine.org/html/da_vinci_2.htm

"There are simply so many assertions of “fact” in The Da Vinci Code that
are totally and utterly false that, once again, it’s hard to know where to
begin. Let’s take a few more of these assertions, beginning with the most
controversial of all, and then moving quickly through several others."

"Yeah, debunking is the wrong word. Though I suppose it's nothing
wrong with pointing out that it actually is fiction though it may seem like
certain parts of it isn't."

"On second thought, I think the reason the daVinci Code might cause
people to doubt is that it illustrates that it is possible to doubt at all. It
might introduce people to a new part of their brain so to speak, and once
that start ticking they realize they really have no idea what actually went
on 2000 years ago."

God would be an atheist

"Several weeks ago, a ground-breaking study on religious belief and
social well-being was published in the Journal of Religion & Society.
Comparing 18 prosperous democracies from the U.S. to New Zealand,
author Gregory S Paul quietly demolished the myth that faith strengthens
society.

Drawing on a wide range of studies to cross-match faith – measured by
belief in God and acceptance of evolution – with homicide and sexual
behavior, Paul found that secular societies have lower rates of violence
and teenage pregnancy than societies where many people profess belief
in God.

Top of the class, in both atheism and good behavior, come the Japanese.
Over eighty percent accept evolution and fewer than ten percent are
certain that God exists. Despite its size – over a hundred million people –
Japan is one of the least crime-prone countries in the world. It also has
the lowest rates of teenage pregnancy of any developed nation."
