SO - Can anyone recommend a complete ObjC/Cocoa or Cocoa-Touch tutorial?

"Ideally it would be centered around the iPhone Cocoa Touch stuff (but
there will be far more Cocoa tutorials around, and the two systems are
pretty similar) - either would be incredibly useful!"

Instead of taking two days to download, debug and compile, installation

"Alright, it seems a lot of you would like to start programming apps for the

le as to where to begin. And the current "Hello World" application is lacking
any sort of comments to get you off and running. So, I figured that I would

MF - Q for developers outside of US

"I realise that the main dealings of apple probably happen in the US, but
in the itunes connect when you first set up your paid contract, one of the
questions asks you for an american tax number and specifies a link to the
IRS if you haven't got one. Is this a requirement and if not, are there dis-
advantages to not having one, when I'm based in AUS??"
