Not familiar with Ledger Nano but I am 99% percent confident that one seed rules them all, coins that is. You can look at the page https://iancoleman.io/bip39/
Enter a seed (NOT THE ONE YOU USED FOR LEDGER NANO) or let the site chose one and then switch coins to see different derivation paths that lead to addresses to particular coin. It looks like m44/0/0/0/1 etc.
